You know, I glanced at this picture and half thought that you had taken it at our house because we have so many of those books. City of Ashes, Snow Queen, Cats Eye, Companion of the Night, Dealing with Dragons. Of those, I've read 3, but for some reason can't remember much of Snow Queen other than the man reminded me of Lacey's Luke character, and that I liked the book overall but found parts slow moving and confusing. I may have just been kind of young at the time to be getting everything-or reading over too long of a period-I used to move through books very slowly. Anyway, I'd kind of like to read it again someday.
ReplyDeleteI also have a really old animated Snow Queen I bought from the used library college-run bookstore for a dollar. I've seen it before a long time ago-actually, I'm pretty sure it's this movie that started my interest in the Snow Queen. I feel I need to watch it before I finalize anything on my mixx. :p Not that I feel I'm that close to being done with it anyway, but.
Maybe I have a secret portal to your house and that's where I got all these books.
ReplyDeleteWow, this comment is old. I bet you won't even see it.
